Please allow enough time if the items have not arrived at the mentioned time. Sometimes packages are retained in Custom of the country of destination, and it can take a while before they are released. Shipping can also be delayed due to extracurricular situations like the present pandemic, Holidays (for both in Canada and US), bad or extreme weather conditions, etc.
Additional expenses (custom fees, taxes, etc) related to shipping and Customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All packages will be sent to the address provided in the system and/or order at the time of purchase, and which will be shown on the receipt. If the buyer needs to change the address, the order will be canceled and refunded, so to be repurchased with the appropriate/current address.
If the package has already been shipped and the seller is advised by the buyer that the address on the order was not the current/proper address, the seller will not be responsible for any lost of the package and/or lost value on the items, including any extra fees charges that will or can incur from shipping. The buyer is responsible to ensure the address of destination is the correct one. Therefore, any loss of value and charges/fees incurred are of the responsibility of the buyer.
We package our product securely in a small cardboard box or in a reinforced bubble mailer or paper envelope reinforced with tape, depending on the item's size and bulk. Also, if applicable, some items will be vacuum sealed for protection.
Return, Resizing and Refunds
Should a return/refund take place, a 10% of restocking fee on the items' price will be applied and initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
We accept returns, only on items that are not customized and are in their original condition (unused, unlaundered, unaltered, with no damages, and that are clean). Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the items, which should be delivered to us within 30 days after delivery. Once the items are received and checked they are in the conditions mentioned above, we will refund the items' price only. Any sort of shipping and related fees incurred will not be refunded. If a return incurs in any kind of additional fees, these will be of the responsibility of the buyer and will be deduced from the amount to be refunded.
For any returned item that is not of the conditions established to qualify for a return/refund, the seller is not responsible for the lost value of the items or reshipping of the items back to the buyer.
For any return done unilaterally by the buyer without the seller's knowledge or consent, the seller will not be responsible for any lost of value of the items or reshipping the items back to the buyer, and the items will be refused and returned at the buyer's expenses.
Estimated shipping time is usually 5 to 12 business days (Canada Post). However, delays - especially due to Holiday Seasons or any extracurricular situation, like the present pandemic - are likely possible. All packages will be tracked; therefore, the seller depends on the tracking information provided by Canada Post and USPS, and which tracking numbers will be provided to the buyer. If a package marked as delivered is claimed as not delivered or should the content of the package be partially or fully lost and/or damaged, the buyer has the responsibility to advice the seller of the situation, in a timely fashion or within 7 days after the package was marked as delivered, so that the seller is able to open tickets and make inquiries. If the content of the package was damaged resulting from shipping, the buyer is required to provide as much pictures (on the box/envelope, items etc) and as much information as possible before the seller can open a claim/ticket with the Post Office. The buyer has the responsibility to fill out any form or questionnaire, required by the Post Office, to ensure the claim is successful, if applicable. The seller will not be responsible for any lost value, if a claim is refused by the Post Office, for any given reason or for the inaction/refusal of the buyer to fill up forms and questionnaires or provide the pertinent and necessary information to back up the claim. Should the claim be accepted, the seller will either refund the order fully or build the order again, depending on what the buyer wishes at the moment. In this particular case, the buyer will not be required to pay shipping.
Please note that we don't guarantee 100% leak proof. There is, however, a 95% success rate, with a 5% rate that, for any given reason, not related to the training pants, these will not work. Children are built differently, the amount they void is different, depending on biology and health condition, they sleep differently and have different habits. Therefore, we do not accept return or provide refunds for these reasons.
The sizes provided are based on average built/standard sizes for pants; therefore, we provide re-sizing or measurements adjustment within 7 days after the items were delivered. However, all shipping charges and related incurred will be of the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we work around the measurements provided, so make sure you are taking them properly. Sizing are quite accurate to regular clothing (specifically underwear) size in the market, for average built.

For measurements and customization, please provide the following:
Waist circumference: from where the pants are worn.
Leg circumference: at the highest part of the leg/thigh.
Underjam rise: from front waist to back waist, passing through the crotch.
Hips: around the hip bones and over the buttocks.
Crotch width (adults only): at the center of crotch, from one side of the inner leg to the other.
Do not add extra space or tighten the measuring tape. measure the child naked or wearing a thin underwear. Re measure to ensure the numbers agree. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of yarn, lace, string, etc; do as if measuring, then measure what was used with a ruler.
