We are a small Eco-Friendly Canadian business, a family business that started with a Canadian mom putting her sewing skills to good use and having a strong desire of reducing waste in the landfills and reducing the costs.
The wonder was that these pull ups could be handed down to younger siblings, and most of the material they were built with was natural and/or organic (Bamboo, Cotton, and Hemp). 85% of the material of our cloth pull ups and potty training pants were biodegradable, and this was fulfilling and affordable. Very little went to waste, and the same sentiment went for our wallets!
Once our precious children entered our lives, we realized disposable diapers and pull ups were piling up in the trash bin, rapidly, and the money spent on them was considerable and non-recoverable. These sense of "wastefulness" was disheartening! Therefore, the idea of reusing and recycling came to mind, and after sewing and using a batch of those absorbent nappies/undies, we realized they did indeed save us hundreds of dollars per year, and we weren't disposing any of them into the trash, as quick as with disposables.
It's been 10+ years since we started this little business, which products are all handmade in Canada and built with quality material. We love that we are helping to achieve affordability for our customers' wallets and little waste for the environment!
